करिब १९ बर्षको उमेरमा नै वैदेशिक रोजगारीको सिलसिला मा २०६७ साल मंसिरमा मलेसिया गएर साधारण गोदामघर (Warehouse) मा काम गरेका एक साधारण व्याक्ति हुन् ।
He is a simple individual who went to Malaysia for foreign employment in the month of Mangsir, 2067 BS (November/December 2010) at the young age of around 19 and worked in an ordinary warehouse.

Believing that system-based business is the greatest aspect of life, Khanal worked as an ordinary distributor for about five years in Malaysia’s largest direct selling company while employed there.
त्यहि समय उहाँको मनमा एउटा परिकल्पना आएको थियो त्यो , नेपालका रैथाने जडिबुटीजन्य वस्तुबाट निर्माण गरिएका सामानहरू, पुर्ण अर्गेनिक उत्पादनका रूपमा परिचित काठे घारको मह( जुन नेपालमा ठुलो रूखहरूलाई मादल जस्तो बनाएर मैरी पाल्ने चलन छ ) , नेपालको पुर्वी पहाडको हावापानीमा उत्पादित चिया र चिया जन्य बस्तुको ब्यपारमा गर्न आफ्नै कम्पनी स्थापना गर्ने र व्यपार गर्ने ।
During that very time, a vision crossed his mind: to establish his own company and trade products made from indigenous Nepalese herbal materials, fully organic honey from traditional log hives (a Nepalese practice of rearing bees by hollowing out large tree trunks like a Madal drum), and tea and tea-related products grown in the climate of Nepal’s eastern hills.

यदा हामी आजको दिनमा यस MLM sytem मा आवद्ध भएर व्यापार गर्नुको विकल्प अब छैन ।
Therefore, in this day and age, we have no alternative but to conduct business by aligning ourselves with this MLM system.
